Alex Maddox is responsible for Capital Markets Execution and Digital Strategy for Kensington.  Alex joined Acenden in August 2012 as Director, Business Origination and prior to that was Head of European Residential Mortgage Trading at Deutsche Bank and was on the board of DB UK Bank and had responsibility for the DB mortgages platform in Chester.

Previously, he was the Head of European Securitised Products for Citadel hedge fund. Prior to that Alex spent nearly 14 years in investment banking, starting as a derivatives trader and finishing as Head of Securitised Products Trading.

Camille Boileau

Camille joined Kensington in 2013 and works in Capital Markets; She focuses primarily on managing the securitisation programs, the new origination warehouse and the derivatives for the Group. She holds a Master of Science in Corporate Finance from EDHEC Business School. 

Yolanda Bushell

Yolanda joined Kensington in 2016 and works in the Capital Markets team; she works with Camille, focussing primarily on the securitisation programs, the new originations warehouse and corporate ESG. She holds a Master of Science degree in Molecular Biology.

Jasmine Heinen

Jasmine joined Kensington in 2015 and works in Capital Markets. She works on portfolio sales and acquisitions and is responsible for the Group’s research. She holds a Masters from the London School of Economics.

Akhil Bedi

Structuring

Akhil is a SVP in the Credit and Funding Analytics team at Kensington. He is responsible for valuation of portfolio acquisitions and structuring of all securitisations within the group. He has over 15 years’ experience in securitisation and portfolio valuations. He holds an Honours in Business Administration from Wilfred Laurier University.

Lyle Classen

Capital Markets Legal

Email Lyle

Lyle is a SVP in the Capital Markets team at Kensington. He manages the legal aspects of the group’s securitisation, wholesale funding and hedging arrangements.  He has over 10 years’ experience in structured funding and portfolio acquisitions, gained working for market-leading law firms and an investment bank. He holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Cape Town.

Don Needham

Don is a Vice President in the Capital Markets team at Kensington.  He is an experienced solicitor and holds a Masters in Biomedical Engineering from Imperial College.
