FSQ21-2 is a £452 million scheduled amortisation UK RMBS backed by owner-occupied and buy-to-let first charge mortgages originated by Kensington Mortgage Company Ltd (“Kensington”). The transaction features a 5-year revolving period during which excess available principal over the Class A Target Notional Amount can be used to purchase additional eligible mortgages (“Additional Loans”) originated by Kensington.
