Using Power BI, Kensington has developed a customised portal where third parties will be able to easily visualise stratification tables for the portfolios securing each of Kensington’s deals. The tool allows users to view and compare asset data between portfolios by balance and loan count as well as the ability to export any data in excel format.

The portal will also provide third parties the ability to monitor historical asset performance for each of Kensington’s deals.

Third parties will have the opportunity to drill through a subset of the asset portfolios (e.g. only arrears over 3 months, only interest only loans, only properties located in London) and monitor the strat tables for the customised sub-portfolios.
