Gemgarto 2018-1 (GMG18-1)

GMG 18-1 is a £250 million deal, comprising prime, performing, first-ranking mortgages originated by Kensington and advanced to individual borrowers ONLY for the purchase or remortgage of their main residence (Owner-Occupied). The main difference with the Finsbury Square platform is that Gemgarto is structured to be LCR eligible (i.e. Owner Occupied loans only, no credit impaired borrowers 3 years prior to their application, no arrears etc…). The deal closed in July 2018.
